It is a matter of pride for the people of India to successfully landing of chandrayaan -3, Chandrayaan-3 took off for the Moon on July 14,2023 at 2:35 pm IST.

Chandrayaan-3 is India’s third mission to explore the moon. It’s a part of ISRO’s Chandrayaan program. It includes a machine called Vikram that will land on the moon. This mission costs about 650 crore rupees. It’s all about learning more about the moon.

“India’s Moon mission, Chandrayaan-3, is getting ready for its important last step today evening. It’s going to land on the moon at about 6:04 pm. ISRO says everything is going as planned, and they will show it live on TV starting at 5:20 pm on Wednesday.”

The Chandrayaan-3 Mission aims to make a soft landing on a lesser-explored part of the Moon.” .”If they succeed, India will be the fourth country to do this. The United States, old Soviet Union, and China have done it before.”

“What is a soft landing, and why is Chandrayaan-3 landing on the south pole? ISRO says this mission has three goals:

1.  To show that it can land safely and softly on the moon. This means landing gently and carefully to avoid hurting the spacecraft.

2.   To show that a rover can move around on the moon.

3.   To do some science experiments on the moon.

So, a soft landing is like landing your spaceship softly, so it doesn’t break.”
