Aadhaar Card Hack: The Easiest Way to Access Your Bank Money

Withdraw Money from Bank Using Aadhaar Card

If you don’t have a debit card, or if it is lost, you can still withdraw cash using your Aadhaar card. With just your Aadhaar number and fingerprint, you can easily access money from your bank account.

In today’s digital age, most of us rely on online payments—whether shopping at stores, paying bills, or sending money through mobile apps. But sometimes, there are places where only cash is accepted. In such situations, you usually need to visit a bank or ATM. Now, even without a debit card, you can withdraw money directly through Aadhaar. Let’s see how it works.

How Does Aadhaar-Enabled Banking Work?

You can withdraw bank money using the Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS), launched by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). This system allows you to withdraw cash, deposit money, check your balance, or even get a mini statement using just your Aadhaar number and fingerprint.

With AePS, you don’t need an ATM card, PIN, or OTP—just Aadhaar authentication. However, your Aadhaar must be linked to your bank account.

Steps to Withdraw Money Using Aadhaar

  • Visit a Banking Correspondent (BC) or Micro ATM:
A BC Agent is usually present in a shop or at a mini branch with a portable machine (micro ATM) to process transactions.

  • Enter Aadhaar Number:
Provide your 12-digit Aadhaar Card number on the BC Agent’s device.

  • Fingerprint Authentication:
Place your finger on the biometric scanner for identity verification.

  • Select Transaction Type:
Choose Cash Withdrawal as the transaction option.

  • Enter Amount:
Input the amount you wish to withdraw.

  • Complete Transaction:
Once your fingerprint is verified, cash will be handed over immediately. You will also receive an SMS confirmation on your registered mobile number.

Important Points About AePS Transactions

    • Your bank account must be linked to Aadhaar Card.

    • Only the primary account linked with Aadhaar will be used.

    • Fingerprint authentication is required—no PIN or OTP needed.

    • The daily withdrawal limit depends on your bank.

    • RBI has not set a fixed limit, but most banks allow withdrawals up to ₹50,000 per day (this may vary, so check with your bank).
